What does a graduate in Bachelor Degree Law do?

Graduation Profile
The graduate of the Licenciatura en Derecho will have the knowledge, skills, attitudes and abilities that allow them to:
- Understand the historical and prospective evolution of law and their philosophical, conceptual and doctrinal foundations, to address the legal problems that arise in a dynamic and global society, both nationally and internationally.
- Analyze conventions, recommendations and international treaties regarding the national legal system;
- Advise private individuals or public entities about the legal procedures by applying techniques of strategic litigation.
- Define legal and litigation strategies considering the doctrine, legislation, case law and international treaties in national and international areas,
Therefore, at the time of completion, the graduate will have acquired the following knowledge, skills, attitudes and abilities:
Knowledge:
- About issues affecting all people, as their identity, marital status, family rights, their heritage, their contracts. And the duties and responsibilities that flow from it
- About Tax laws and processing of administrative and tax judgments.
- About the handling of civil, family, commercial trials; both traditional methods such as oral.
- About the state structure and its operation.
- About the American law
- About the methodological research tools applicable in the national and international levels.
- About the treatment of matters arising from employment contracts
In order to be able to apply the foregoing knowledge, the graduate shall possess sufficient skills for:

- Analysis and interpretation of the policies, doctrines and jurisprudence.
- Decisions making that allow them to solve problems of professional life.
- Research to address the growing and evolving legislation, jurisprudence and doctrine.
